In terms of the current overall production process and process methods, other resin materials seem to be not suitable or easy to use. In terms of making large-scale characters with full body luminescence, the better thing is to use unsaturated polyester resin, which is cheap and fast to form. If you want to make fine small characters such as signs, and want to use it as a whole pouring and sealing, it is better to use epoxy resin. The shrinkage and brittleness of unsaturated polyester resin become adverse factors. Polyurethane can also be used for pouring type molds, but the adjustment of soft and hardness becomes a difficulty for users, The supply of supporting materials is also insufficient, and the bonding with mold base material is not as good as epoxy.
