In the production process of plane Seiko characters, wire drawing and paint baking are more common.

1、 Wire drawing

Brushed stainless steel Seiko metal has strong texture and three-dimensional sense, which is more suitable for the brand image display of some high-end products. Its plate is relatively thick. In the process of production, the plate is first polished in a straight line with an abrasive belt, so that the whole panel forms a linear wear mark. In the process of grinding, pay attention to the uniformity of grinding to ensure the overall coordination.

2、 Baking varnish

There are two kinds of metal baking varnish: water-based metal baking varnish and oil-based metal baking varnish. Waterborne metal baking paint is a kind of environmental protection paint, which uses water as solvent. Oily metal baking varnish uses organic solvent as solvent. Generally, customers who have color requirements will choose baking varnish, which has bright color and strong visual impact.

In the process of baking paint, the base material will be applied with 3 times of primer and 4 times of finish paint. Each side of paint should be put into a dust-free constant temperature oven for drying.
